One of the reasons for holding the spacetime conferences on the Black Sea coast is to combine a research meeting and a vacation - there are special two-hour afternoon breaks for free discussions on the beach or around the swimming pool (the resort Albena is a true paradise). To get an idea of the venue, here are pictures from the First Hermann Minkowski Meeting on the Foundations of Spacetime Physics (15-18 May 2017) held in the same hotel in Albena.

In order that everything (conference room, coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and hotel rooms) is in the same hotel (at ~130 m from the beach), there will be three options for the conference registration (local taxes and PayPal fees included):

• Standard registration (302 Euro) - it includes:
  • a welcome package
  • 8 coffee breaks (coffee, tea, natural spring water, pastries and salty cookies)
  • 4 lunches
  • 2 evening receptions on the 17th floor of hotel hotel Dobrudja (beautiful sea view) - a Welcome reception on May 13, 2018 and a Goodbye reception on May 17, 2018.
  • the ebook version of the volume(s) with selected presentations
  • and, of course, unlimited access to the amazing beaches of Albena - a true paradize on the Black Sea coast

• Registration and Hotel - Single Room (479 Euro) - it includes
  • Standard conference registration
  • accommodation in a single room in the 4-star Hotel "Laguna Garden" (5 nights)
  • all inclusive package - buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner (thematic evenings - Bulgarian, Italian, Sea-Food); snacks (coffee, etc.) from 11.00 to 16.30; ice cream 11.00 to 17.00; Bulgarian beverages from 10.00 to 22.30
  • at the beach and at the swimming pool - 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per room.

• Registration and Hotel - Double Room (591 Euro) - it includes
  • Standard conference registration
  • accommodation in a double room in the 4-star Hotel "Laguna Garden" (5 nights)
  • all inclusive package - buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner (thematic evenings - Bulgarian, Italian, Sea-Food); snacks (coffee, etc.) from 11.00 to 16.30; ice cream 11.00 to 17.00; Bulgarian beverages from 10.00 to 22.30
  • at the beach and at the swimming pool - 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per room.

Companions who wish to attend the receptions should pay for them at the hotel.

Registration deadline April 1, 2018. There will be no late registration fees.

Note on cancelation: If attendance to the conference is canceled on or after April 15, 2018, the cancelation fee is 30% of the paid registration fee. If attendance to the conference is canceled on or after May 1, 2018, there is no reimbursement of the paid registration fee. (In case of a cancelation before April 15, 2018 only the PayPal fee will be subtracted.)

NOTE: The registration fee should be paid electronically before the meeting. Payment at the conference cannot be processed; even if we manage to arrange that to be done by the hotel it will involve additional fee that will be paid by the attendees.
