Registration Deadline: 1 August 2023. Registration will be available until the beginning of the meeting for colleagues (i) whose abstracts have been accepted after 1 August (until there are free slots in the program) and (ii) who are just attending the meeting.

In order that everything (conference room, coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner and hotel rooms) is in the same hotel (located on the first line to the beach), there will be three options for the conference registration (local taxes and PayPal fees included):

• Standard registration (310 Euro) - it includes:
  • a welcome package
  • 8 coffee breaks (coffee, tea, natural spring water, pastries and salty cookies)
  • 4 lunches
  • the ebook version of the volume(s) with selected presentations
  • and, of course, unlimited access to the amazing beaches of Albena - a true paradize on the Black Sea coast

• Registration and Hotel - Single Room (586 Euro) - it includes
  • Standard conference registration
  • accommodation in a single room in the 4-star Hotel "Sandy Beach" (5 nights)
  • all inclusive package - buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner (thematic evenings - Italian, Bulgarian, Sea-Food); snacks (coffee, etc.) from 11.00 to 16.30; ice cream 11.00 to 17.00; Bulgarian beverages from 10.00 to 22.30
  • at the beach and at the swimming pool - 1 sun bed and 1 umbrella per room.

• Registration and Hotel - Double Room (774 Euro) - it includes
  • Standard conference registration
  • accommodation in a double room in the 4-star Hotel "Sandy Beach" (5 nights)
  • all inclusive package - buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner (thematic evenings - Italian, Bulgarian, Sea-Food); snacks (coffee, etc.) from 11.00 to 16.30; ice cream 11.00 to 17.00; Bulgarian beverages from 10.00 to 22.30
  • at the beach and at the swimming pool - 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per room.

Students with accepted presentations may be offered a discount if financially possible. Students interested in attending but concerned about cost should submit an abstract and will be contacted before the registration deadline if a registration discount is possible.

NOTE: The registration fee should be paid electronically before the meeting. Payment at the conference cannot be processed; even if we manage to arrange that to be done by the hotel it will involve additional fee that will be paid by the attendees.

If you do not have a PayPal account or prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us at minkowski2023@minkowskiinstitute.org (the amount you will have to pay via bank transfer is greater due to the greater fee the bank charges).

Note on cancelation: If attendance to the conference is canceled on or after August 15, 2023, the cancelation fee is 30% of the paid registration fee. If attendance to the conference is canceled on or after September 1, 2023, there is no reimbursement of the paid registration fee.
