Anguel Stefanov and Gregorie Dupuis-Mc Donald will be editing the volume.

Strongly preferred format for the accepted papers is a LaTeX article with a minimally customized preamble. Contributions, containing equations, diagrams and tables, must be submitted in LaTeX.

Color pictures will be included in the electronic versions of the volume (the ebook at the MIP site and the Kindle book at Amazon), but white-and-black pictures will be in the physical book.

The conference volume will be published by MIP and through Amazon and other sellers its two versions - softcover and ebook (Kindle and PDF with hyperlinks) - will be available all over the world.
